Will move the hand
Like any other part of the body
That one can move
This way or that
Which begs the question
Where is the part of the brain
That commands a particular motor neuron
To fire the neuron
To initiate the movement
Or start talking
Or running
Or whatever
What part of the brain
Is commanding the brain?
