Like Fake Rolex

Just chaos
Pure shit show
The whole world
Operated by fully grown
Many of whom
Probably will not live
Longer than ten years
Wreaking havoc in the world

Absolutely amazing
How people of this world
Just keep on fighting
Killing
Cheating
Lying
Shouting profanity
All trying to make someone
Or some people suffer

On and on and on
War after war
Everyone blaming each other
Not giving in an inch
Justifying
Arguing
Feeling righteous
Feeling superior
Feeling so proud

Global cast
Of egomaniacs
Power hungry humans
Seeking attention
Vying for spotlight
Admiration
At least in the world stage
They are all genuine
In what they represent

Unlike in the local stage
Where everything is hidden
To some extent
Especially among the religious
The rich
And famous
Beneath the facade
Of outwardly goodness
And holiness
Fake
Like fake Rolex

But With What Attitude

There is a reason why
A rich man entering heaven
Is harder than a camel going
Through the eye of needle

Not because being rich
Being affluent and wealthy
Is in any way a sin
Or all rich are automatically damned

Since many of God's chosen
In the Bible were immensely rich
Like Jeff Bezos of our time
Or Bill Gates

But the difference between
The rich that enters heaven
Versus
The rich that cannot

Is just like everyone else
For the same reason
That even the poor
Cannot enter heaven

That is no matter how much
Or how little they have
No matter how much
Or how little they give

The rich having given much
Feels proud of having done so
And the poor having given little
Feels they have done enough

So this rich man Jesus was
Referring to in the New Testament
With chance of entering heaven
Less than camel through needle's eye

Must be someone who doesn't credit God
But believes all his possessions
Came from his own hard work
Thanking no one but himself

Thus when such man is generous
More than anyone else around
There is never the feeling of shame
For not being more giving

But rather feels accomplished
Even proud
For having given more than others
Feeling they've done more than enough

Unlike that poor woman
Who gave up the last penny
Giving all she had
Even though she had almost none
Probably feeling inadequate

Since it is not how much one gives
Or how much one has
But with what attitude
To whom the credit is given
And humility

That determines the fate
